After a hiatus of almost three years, the animated series My Little Pony is set to make a comeback with an all-new series.

The new series, which is set to air in Spring 2017, will be called "My Little Pony: Equestria Girls - Friendship Games". It is said to be a musical movie that will feature the Mane Six and Sunset Shimmer competing in the Friendship Games.
